Matt is a software developer first and foremost, and is interested in processes only to the extent to which they enable him to enjoy his work, collaborating to create software that is valued by the people who use it. In 2006 he was asked to lead a team BBC Worldwide, evolving their process from waterfall to scrum to something much more lean through the life of the 2-year project.
He now works for Songkick.com, a Shoreditch-based start-up where the team have immediately taken to the Kanban approach and are rapidly flowing features into the product.
