The aim of the conference was to create an environment in which discussion and debate thrive. Presentations from world renowned Lean luminaries were interspersed with chaired debate and breakout opportunities.

The conference itself was limited to 200 attendees providing the opportunity for all present to contribute and engage in discussion and learning.

Practitioner facilitated interaction

An opportunity to discuss and debate Lean and Kanban topics with our panel of practitioners who can draw on their real world experience to provide ideas and solutions. Five Interaction Points will be set up at different areas at the RSA. Conference delegates will be able to add issues, discussion points and questions to Kanban boards that the practitioners will pull from the board to drive session.
